Residence Olivi is located in the southern part of Burgraviato, accessible from our private road, surrounded by greenery, bordered on the south by the rio eschio and protected on the north by the mountain leading to Merano 2000.

The building consists of four residential units and built to the standard of climate house nature. The building with a modern language has been placed in a traditional rural setting with full respect for nature.

Given the south/west exposure, the protections of winds from the north, the whole structure is surrounded by olive trees that only in this part of Burgraviato manage to grow naturally. The mountainside adjacent to the residence is cultivated with a small olive grove of 40 olive trees.

The Rio Escio, with the sound of water (white noise) flowing south of the residence, will have a relaxing effect on you and facilitate your sleep.

The two types of apartments “Garten & Wellness Oliveto” on the ground floor and the “Penthouse & Wellness Oliveto” on the top floor, both have a living room with kitchen, service bathroom, master bathroom, two double rooms, large covered outdoor spaces that include und outdoor living room, with kitchen/bar counter and wellness environment with relaxation area. Each unit has a covered garage, wine cellar and uncovered outdoor parking space.
