The Garden & Wellness apartment “Le Vigne”, is located at the Residence Mea, on the border between the municipality of Tesimo and Nalles, along the Nalserbach stream.
Residence Mea consists of three residential buildings, built in the “nature” climate house standard, with traditional architecture with a modern twist. The structure was finished in March 2023 by our construction company “Ergobau” and designed by our firm “Ergoplan” in the person of architect Christian Roncolato.
The apartment, facing south/west is placed in the central building with a private outdoor part of 200 m² and a living area consisting of indoor and outdoor area totaling 150m².
The indoor part has three double bedrooms, two with double bed and one with two single beds, a 10m² master bathroom, a second bathroom and a living room with open space kitchen, bar counter, fireplace corner and living room part.
The outdoor area, facing the private garden consists of an outdoor kitchen, bar area, table for 5/6 persons, Finnish sauna, Whirlpool, outdoor shower.
The whole area can be enclosed by automatic transparent curtains and screened with white curtains so as to ensure total privacy, if that is desired.
Garden & Wellness “Le Vigne” was conceived by our studio as a design apartment, strictly Made in Italy and with furnishings that have made design history. In the living room you will find the famous oval Tulip table and in the outdoor part the round table by Eero Saarinen, accompanied by Moises chairs, acclaimed as a work of art of the 21st century.
The “fireplace” area of the living room, dedicated to reading, relaxing and enjoying an excellent wine, consists of the Egg Chair, inspired by the well-known Arne Jacobsen and two Florence double sofas named after its designer, Florence Knoll, designed in 1954. Finally, you can light the wall-mounted ethanol fireplace in the winter periods to give just the right amount of warmth to your coziness.
A wide assortment of kitchen utensils ( Made in Italy & Germany ) will give you the opportunity to prepare your eating with a touch of design. An electric grill from the Weber company, will also allow me to prepare delicious grills throughout the year.
The living room and each room have Smart TVs ( 65″ and 55″ ). In the living room you can delight in music via a second-generation Sonos box programmed with Google Home that will listen to you via voice command in the three languages, Italian, German and English.
In the outdoor area you will also find a kitchen so you can prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner while enjoying the nature that surrounds you.
The garden area also has a mini DOLCEVITA swimming pool (3×5 meters ) so you can cool off on hot summer days. Depending on outside temperatures, the unheated pool is put into operation from April/May to September/October. Finally, you can entertain yourself with a Ping Pong table and rest on outdoor sofas and deckchairs designed by Enrico Coveri.
In the basement part, you can also take advantage of a room used for table football and darts, pure fun for young and old.
To park your vehicles, we have a private enclosed garage, a covered parking space and an outdoor parking space.
