The Penthouse spans the entire roof floor of the Ardua Residence (Ardua = steep from Latin, in this case the steep terrain where the building was constructed). The building was built according to the latest NATURE A climate house standards and features artificial ventilation with heat recovery, special use of acoustic materials, and solar heating. A few meters from the Residence are:
- the cable car that takes you to Verano and the Merano 2000 plateau in seven minutes.
- tennis courts
bus stop to Bolzano and Merano - bike path to Bolzano and Merano
- bar and pizzeria.
Having built the building on a very steep terrain, the result is that the back upstream part of the Penthouse, has a large outdoor area used as a Wellness area with a Whirlpool for five people, various relaxation options and a Grill area where guests can prepare pleasant barbecues throughout the year. The exterior valley-facing part, on the fourth and top floor of the Residence, enjoys a magnificent view of the entire Burgraviato (a territory indicating the many castles in the surrounding area) all the way to La Mendola Mountain.
The outdoor valley-facing part has a covered living area with a table for six that can be closed in case of wind, rain, heat or cold with a simple click of the remote control. The additional outdoor yon towards the south – west is completely covered in which is located the panoramic sauna completely made of glass, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. A dedicated sauna relaxation area with outdoor shower and curtain closures will allow you to stay completely private all this area.
The interior of the Penthouse covers 100 m² with a living room fully glazed to the west giving you the feeling of living outside and uniquely experiencing the entire panorama of the surrounding valley. In addition to the kitchen, there is also a bar area with seating for four.
The sleeping area has two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which is directly connected to the bedroom. The shower in this bathroom gives the opportunity to shower and admire the surrounding mountains.
An additional toilet with washing machine, drying rack, etc. is dedicated to daily needs.
The whole apartment has adjustable LED lighting, in addition to the living room with a 75″ TV, the rooms and the outdoor living part also have 50″ TVs.
The accessory parts to the Penthouse are a very spacious garage, a game room with table football and table tennis to the possibility of charging for electric bikes.
